FPS Suppression
Companies and individuals can register on the FPS (Fax Preference Service) not to receive any Fax communications. It is illegal to send faxes to these numbers without a specific prior agreement.
DES can carry out FPS Suppression by comparing your database with the FPS file and flagging all records where the individual or company has signed up.
It is also illegal to send faxes to any consumer addresses or non-limited partnerships without their specific agreement to receive such communications.
