The NCOA (National Change Of Address) file contains information on 5 million households gathered from the Post Office Redirection Database where the house-mover has agreed to allow the information forwarded to any organisation which already has their name and address. Using this information, we can remove the old address on your database and replace it with the new address they have moved to.

Absolute Contacts from Experian
Experian use their wealth of name & address information & proprietary business processes to accurately identify & link address changes. Experian verifies that an individual has both left an address & is confirmed, through the Edited Electoral Roll & other compliant sources, as a resident at a new address to ensure only genuine address changes are identified. The file comprises 17 million records & is updated monthly. This is similar to the Electoral Roll Register, which is also updated on a rolling monthly basis.
